Can I place a custom order?
Yes, send us an e-mail and let us know what you would like and we will try to accommodate your custom order.

Are there any other chain lengths available?
Yes, everything is made to order. If you would like a variation in the chain length or have a question about a specific item please do not hesitate to e-mail us.

Jewelry Cleaning

What is the proper way to clean my jewelry?
The best way to clean your Catherine Nicole purchase is to simply use an old toothbrush and a mixture of  warm/hot water, dish soap and standard jewelry cleaner like “Tarn-X”, (available at most grocery stores). Keep your jewelry from tarnishing by storing it in an air-tight baggie (or ziplock) and keeping it dry. If you have any problems cleaning your piece, please let us know. We want you to love your Catherine Nicole purchase!

Does the company offer jewelry maintenance/cleaning services?
Yes, we will clean your jewelry for free if you ship it to us.  If you would like this service please send us an e-mail and we will give you the information to move forward with this service.

Yes, this site is secure. Our customers information is kept confidential and is not distributed to other vendors.

What are the types of payment I can use to purchase this order?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped to you.

Shipping & Delivery

How will I receive my order?
The order will be shipped through USPS priority unless otherwise requested.

How long will it take to ship my order?
The order will be shipped within 1-4 business days unless otherwise requested.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and how many items are purchased.

Should I expect confirmation from the seller about this product?
Yes, Catherine sends all of her customers personal notes to confirm receipt of your order and you will also receive a confirmation email from USPS unless another carrier was selected.

Can I cancel my order?
Because your order is handmade to order, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.


What is the return policy?
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Because so many of our items are made-to-order, you may only return up to 30% of the items purchased.

To return an item:
1. Simply send an email to with the following information: The order number, the name of the item being returned, and your reason for returning the item.
2. Send back any unused product in new, sellable condition along with the original packaging. Once the package is received and confirmed sellable we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
